Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Passengers MUST not travel, if they:

  • Are sick of have flu like symptoms consistent with COVID-19, cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath
  • Have been advised to self-isolate eg travelled overseas or a COVID-19 hot spot in the past 14 days, or currently being tested for COVID-19
  • Have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • Are not willing to follow company guidelines on social distancing and personal / hand hygiene

Management may refuse service and entry if a person is unfit to travel or poses a safety risk to Customer and Staff. Passengers that can not travel due to COVID restrictions, will be entitled to a full refund prior to their travel.

Please note: while the company strongly encourages physical distancing; the management and crew are not responsible for passenger decisions in relation to physical distancing.

Transactions

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). All credit card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Mastercard and Visa are accepted. AMEX is not accepted.

Group bookings

A group booking is considered 10 or more persons. A deposit of 50% of the value of the group booking must be made at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days prior to the tour departure date or the booking will be cancelled and no refund provided.
