Child age is 3 to 13 years inclusive. Children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Seniors must present an Australian or New Zealand Government issued Senior Card at check-in to receive the Senior ticket rate.
Passengers in wheelchairs must notify Sea World Whale Watch at least 24 hours before tour departure so our crew can prepare the vessel and assist with boarding procedures. We cannot accept wheelchair bookings within the 24 hour notice period.
If you have mobility or health problems you must inform us when booking. Passengers must follow the directions of our staff before, during and after the tour. If you are accompanied by children you are responsible for their safety at all times.
Sea World Whale Watch and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions. Children (0-13 years) and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tours are subject to sea conditions and minimum passenger numbers and may change without notice. Tour times, prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked tour will not be refunded.
A full refund will be offered if Sea World Whale Watch cancels a tour. A FREE return cruise will be offered if your whale watch tour fails to sight a whale from JUNE to OCTOBER only. If your tour fails to sight a whale during the months of MAY and NOVEMBER you will not be provided with a free return tour. No other refunds provided. Refunds provided at the Sea World Cruise Terminal are for tickets purchased at this location only. All other refunds must be provided by the original seller of the ticket. Re-booking is subject to availability.

A FREE return cruise will be offered if your whale watch tour fails to sight a whale from JUNE to OCTOBER only. If your tour fails to sight a whale during the months of MAY and NOVEMBER you will not be provided with a refund of any kind or a free return tour.
Sea World Whale Watch reserves the right to take photographs and video footage during the tour that may include passengers and to use these photographs and video images for the purpose of advertising and promoting our tours in all media in perpetuity and without payment to the passenger/s.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). All credit card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Sea World Whale Watch Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for the cruise originally purchased. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Sea World Cruise Terminal check-in counter inside the Sea World Cruise Terminal building situated in the carpark outside Sea World. When presenting a child or senior Gift Voucher at check-in you must provide proof of age. An Australian or New Zealand Government Seniors Card with some form of photographic identification is required for seniors. No replacements will be issued for lost Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded and are not valid with any other offer. Bookings are essential.
A deposit of 50% of the value of the group booking must be made at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days prior to the tour departure date or the booking will be cancelled and no refund provided. Group tours that cancel within 7 days of the tour departure will not be refunded at all. A full refund will be provided if Sea World Whale Watch cancel a tour for any reason. A full refund will be provided if the tour fails to sight a whale from June to October.
