Yes. Free parking is available in the Sea World car park. Follow the signs to the Sea World Cruises Terminal.

No. You can access the cruise terminal without purchasing theme park admission.

Captain’s Lounge adds exclusive seating beside the Captain, priority boarding, a personal host, a boarding photo, snacks, bubbles and non-alcoholic drinks.

Humpback whales are the main attraction. You may also spot dolphins, turtles and seabirds.

We approach no closer than 100 metres. Whales may choose to come closer themselves—an encounter known as “mugging”.

Wear flat, enclosed shoes. Bring a warm jacket, sunglasses, a camera and seasickness remedies if needed.

Some guests experience motion sickness at sea. Read our seasickness advice before your cruise if you’re concerned.

Cruises operate in rain, with covered viewing areas available. We only sail when safe. If rough conditions are expected, we’ll advise you at check-in and offer the choice to sail, reschedule or receive a refund.

Yes. Snacks and drinks are sold onboard, including alcohol after 10 am. The terminal café also offers refreshments.

Yes. Use Manage My Booking on our website. Standard bookings can be amended without penalty more than three hours before departure; group conditions differ.

For bookings of 1–9 guests, cancel more than three hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 10 or more require at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellations are non-refundable. Combination tickets and gift vouchers are non-refundable; third-party bookings follow the seller’s cancellation policy.
