Sponsorship applications
Read the requirements for community sponsorship requests and prepare your organisation's supporting information before applying.
Before you apply
Support is considered for registered charities, schools and clubs on an individual application basis. Fundraising for individuals must be organised through a registered organisation.
Check the donations database before applying: only one sponsorship or discount ticket offer is available per organisation per calendar year. Submit your application at least 30 days before your event.
Information to prepare
Have your organisation and contact details ready, together with the event name, date, description, expected attendance and proposed acknowledgement of Sea World Cruises.
Supply a letter on your organisation's letterhead authorising you to fundraise on its behalf. Donation certificates for successful applicants are sent to the registered organisation address.
