Where are we?
Sea World Cruises tours depart from the Sea World Cruises Main Beach Terminal in the carpark outside Sea World at Main Beach, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Entry to Sea World is not required.
Seasickness
If you are prone to motion sickness or could be affected by adverse sea conditions we strongly recommend you take advice from a chemist prior to your whale watch cruise.
Passengers in Wheelchairs
Sea World Cruises provides full wheelchair access to the vessel and forward viewing decks and there is a disabled toilet on board. Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair during a whale watch tour must notify Sea World Cruises at least 24 hours before the tour to ensure our crew are prepared and the wheelchair passenger is not inconvenienced. Wheelchair stations on the vessel are limited to two per whale watch tour.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
If you have any mobility or medical problems or are pregnant and think you could be affected by adverse sea and weather conditions you must inform us when booking.
Children
If you are accompanied by children you are responsible for their safety and care at all times before, during and after the tour. Our tours travel into the open ocean and this can be a challenging environment for children.

A FREE return cruise will be provided if your whale watch tour fails to sight a whale except during the months of MAY and NOVEMBER.
